Jim Krainz - Associate 

Mr. Krainz has over 19 years of information technology and management experience with more than 13 years of experience within the managed care industry.  He has held positions within multiple managed care organizations as a developer, manager, and project manager.  He has provided technical expertise and leadership in establishing or enhancing processes for both information technology and business operations departments of MCO's servicing commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare membership and has been a key participant on corporate teams responsible for expanding Medicaid networks as well as Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D implementation.

Some of Mr. Krainz's accomplishments include the implementation of an automated HIPAA compliant EDI processing systems for multiple health insurance organizations; The establishment of an automated enrollment processing system that accommodated both commercial and Medicaid member enrollment and reduced the need for staff intervention by 75%; He has also participated in multiple information system conversions and upgrades and was a key participant in the successful implementation of a document retention solution housing over 75 million documents.

Mr. Krainz received his degree from the Cleveland Institute of Technology in Cleveland, Ohio, and also has IT experience in the transportation, and commercial software industries
